Lot Evaluation + Acquisition
Our long standing experience with the Austin real estate market is at your fingertips, helping you discover the perfect lot.
Our team will ensure the site is perfect for your desires and requirements. We carefully evaluate the home site to confirm your dream home is feasible on a particular lot—from bringing in consultants to reviewing city restrictions, topography and utility services, city and homeowner association restrictions, and much more.
Home Design
We are a complete AIA architectural design/build firm. Our in-house Architect will personalize and create the exact home you have in mind.
As one of Austin’s top custom home builders for more than 25 years, we have the systems and resources to allow you to “build confident.” We have built strong working relationships with the area’s premier architects and interior designers, so whether you work with our design team or bring your own plans, we will collaborate with you to create a custom home that fits within all of your desired function, design and cost parameters.

Interior Design Development
It’s all about the details...
Our award winning interior design team will utilize a comprehensive interior design and estimating program, which will catalog every component of the project—from plumbing fixtures, cabinets, appliances, finish carpentry, paint colors, and more.
Budget + Schedule Development
Our team works to pair the best subcontractor and vendor bids based on your approved plans and interior design, and then confirms the overall budget for your home.
Once your permit has been issued, you will receive a Selection Schedule. This keeps the process from becoming overwhelming and allows the build schedule to remain on track.
Project Management
One of the many advantages of working with Eppright Homes is our “build confident” team.
Each member of our staff has an aspect of the construction process that they specialize in. We are also a close knit team, in constant communication and collaboration. Once things are underway, our construction management team will use our specialized residential construction software to track all aspects of the construction of your home.
You will be able to monitor daily progress as well as have a detailed view of the entire schedule throughout construction. Our design coordinators will track all of your selections and provide detailed monthly billings. Our finance team will coordinate draws, insurance and lien releases for your home.
Superior Quality Construction
Eppright Homes has the experience you need to “build confident.”
Construction will be overseen by your construction management team, who will be on site daily to ensure all work is done to the proper interior design. We handle all details of construction, from serving as the point of contact for subcontractors, consultants, vendors and city inspectors, to resolving issues as they may arise. We use the highest quality building materials and techniques in the construction of our homes.
While we go to great lengths during the design process to incorporate all your desires minimizing the need for change orders, we recognize this is a custom home and new ideas may come mid-construction. Our team will help facilitate the changes you desire.
Home Completion
Our in-depth close-out process includes a full inspection by the entire Eppright Homes construction management team.
Upon move-in, you will receive a comprehensive closing package with copies of your manuals, warranty and maintenance info, as well as photographic documentation of your new home.
