To achieve these goals, we have established a budget-based design program that allows us to develop a budget with your unique specifications before ever creating your design. We then design your home to meet that budget. As a result, costly budget overruns can be avoided.

Our sophisticated in-house design team designs virtually all of the homes for our clients. However, we are also happy to work with an architect of your choosing. We constantly provide feedback about costs to our clients in order to keep things on track and within budget. Each home is an original creation and as different as the personalities of our customers.

At the start of construction, the critical preconstruction meeting is scheduled with the construction manager assigned to supervise the daily scheduling and quality control of the home. Communication with the customer is foremost in creating an enjoyable home-building experience, as well as the knowledge and skill of each construction manager. Eppright has developed a construction team of outstanding talent.
